Fizzy Paint Apple Craft and Science Experiment for Kids
Fizzy Paint Apple Craft Supplies:
- Printable apple template
- Baking soda
- Acrylic paint
- Cardstock
- Vinegar
- Spray bottle
Fizzy Paint Apple Craft Instructions:
STEP 1: Download and print out the apple template.
First things first! Grab our free apple template and print it out, once you do, use the template to trace each apple shape onto cardstock or art paper of your choice.
STEP 2: Mix your paint.
Take a bowl and mix acrylic paint and baking soda until you have a paste like texture. Make a selection of different apple colours.
STEP 3: Paint.
Take your apple cutouts and invite your little one to paint the apple with the thick paint you just made.
Use one colour or a combination of a few colours.
STEP 4: Let it dry.
Once your little one is happy with their painting, set the apple painting aside and let it dry.
STEP 5: Magic time!
And now the best part of this apple craft! Take a spray bottle and pour vinegar in it. Now, spray your apple craft with the vinegar and watch your little one become mesmerised as their apple painting fizzes up!
