Strawberries & Cream Scented Playdough Recipe
Strawberry Scented Playdough Ingredients:
- 1 cup of bleached flour
- 1 cup of warm water
- 1 tablespoon cream of tartar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 drop pink gel food coloring
- 1/2 teaspoon Lorann strawberry flavoring
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoons extra fine glitter (optional)
How to make strawberry playdough
STEP 1: Gather up your supplies
As always before beginning to make your playdough you will need to gather up all your ingredients and supplies. As well as the ingredients listed above you will need a large saucepan and mixing spoon.
STEP 2: Mix playdough ingredients
Mix together your flour, water, cream of tartar, vegetable oil, food colouring and flavouring (for a scent) in a large saucepan.
STEP 3: Heat playdough ingredients
Cook on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes while stirring constantly until your mixture turns into dough. Once your dough forms, place it aside to cool off.
STEP 3: Add glitter
Roll the play dough in extra fine glitter and then have fun using heart shaped cookie cutters to cut out shapes.
