My Favourite Book Template

Do you have a favourite book? I bet your child does, you know the one you are asked to read over and over again night after night! The printable 'My favourite book' template that we are sharing today is a great way to open up conversations with your child about which books they do and don't like. We love books and book activities! Whilst most of our book activities are more hands on I love the idea of children recording their thoughts about their favourite books. This would be a perfect activity to do each year for world book day.

This printable 'my favourite book' template will encourage young children to look at the front cover of their favourite book to find the author and title. They can copy the picture from the front cover and think about the characters in the book.

By adding their name and age to the template they are also creating a lovely keepsake to look back on to remind them of their favourite books over the years.
