When creating a relaxing bedroom environment there is a lot to consider, with one important factor being choosing the right bed frame. A bed frame is a real focal point of a bedroom, so changing your bed is a great way to refresh your bedroom.

Having a stylish bed can help to create a luxury feel to your bedroom, but the bed must be functional too. When Simba Sleep offered me the opportunity to test out and review one of their bed frames I jumped at the chance.
I thought this was a great opportunity to upgrade my bedroom to create a luxurious space to relax and unwind.
I have heard a lot about Simba Sleep mattresses and how good they are, but not so much about their bed frames, so I was excited to explore the Simba Sleep website and choose a bed frame to review.
I found the website easy to navigate and I enjoyed looking at the various bed designs and storage options. Being able to mix and match the headboards, bed bases, and colours means that you can really make the bed your own.
The most fun part of choosing a bed has to be deciding on the bed style and colour! Simba Sleep has a variety of different headboards to choose from each coming in several colour options. They all look lovely on the website, so choosing a design was a hard decision to make.
In the end, I opted for the Camden bed. On arrival, I was delighted with my choice as the large headboard made a real statement in my bedroom.
There are lots of neutral colours to choose from; grey, vanilla, pebble, and graphite, as well as midnight blue and peacock. I usually play it safe with colours, but I fell in love with the peacock colour.
When my bed arrived I knew I had made the right choice as it is the most gorgeous colour, and the velvet looks and feels so luxurious!
After choosing a bed style there were several storage options to choose from; 2 drawers, 4 drawers, an ottoman base, or no storage. I decided to go for the ottoman storage option.
I loved the idea of being able to keep my room looking minimalistic, whilst having space to store everything. There is a lot of room in the king-size ottoman storage bed and the gas lift mechanism makes it easy to lift the bed.
I have already filled half the space but plan on keeping the other half to hide Christmas and birthday gifts! Having the extra storage space is great for helping to create a clutter-free room.
Simba Sleep's storage beds are available in various sizes from single to super king. Although I was very tempted by the super king-sized bed, I decided to opt for the king-size bed. I have found the bed really comfortable and a good height.
There is no worry about assembling the bed either, upon delivery, the bed is made in a room of your choice and the packaging is removed.
I am so pleased with our Simba Sleep Camden bed frame, it looks and feels luxurious, is well-made, and has plenty of storage space. Having the bed has encouraged me to decorate the rest of the bedroom. My plan is to create a bedroom with a luxury feel where I can relax and unwind, and hopefully get a good night's sleep.
