We love having fun with food and these owl biscuits look almost too cute to eat! Our owl biscuit family was so easy to bake using a simple biscuit recipe and some chocolate buttons.
We mixed up a basic biscuit mix using this simple recipe and shaped the dough into ovals. Harry used a fork and cocktail stick to add the owls details (wings/ feather patterns).
We put the oval biscuits into the oven for 25 minutes at 150 degrees. After baking the biscuits we added chocolate button eyes with chocolate drops in the centre.
For the beak we used half a chocolate button. We stuck them all on using ready made icing.
Our little owl family looked so cute, and tasted delicious.
