mmmmmm......these firework iced biscuits are yummy and simple enough for kids to bake! Simply make star shaped biscuits using a basic biscuit recipe and decorated them as fireworks.  Firework biscuits are perfect for any celebration whether it be new year, bonfire night or a birthday party.

How to make Firework Biscuits 



We made the biscuits using a star shaped cookie cutter and a basic biscuit recipe, but the fun was really in icing the biscuits.

We followed this simple biscuit recipe.  Once the biscuits had cooled down we used 3 different coloured icings and some sprinkles to decorate them.

We had fun spooning on the colours to make different patterns.

We used cocktail sticks to make the swirly patterns.
